Holy Trinity Church, Bilston & St Francis of Assisi, Wednesbury
Midland Conservation was engaged by the PCC of these Churches to undertake major internal decorations and improvements during 2008. Both projects involved erecting extensive scaffolding within the main body of the Church and both remained open for services throughout the contracts.
Work at St Francis of Assisi consisted of:
- Replacement of defective plasterwork to Nave walls
- Full redecoration to Nave, Chancel, gallery and porch
- Rewiring of lighting to Nave
- Repairs to gallery and new hand railing
- Provision of Disabled access to main entrance and from Nave to Community Hall
