The Directors were responsible for all works within the Restoration Division of this company and were motivated to form Midland Conservation Ltd to ensure that 25 of its key Conservation Staff did not disappear from this specialist field of expertise.

Working exclusively on period and historic buildings our highly personalised service and directly employed workforce has developed perfectly in tandem with the demand for skilled, experienced management and high quality craftsmanship at the top end of the conservation field.

A good design can only be realised through capable craftsmanship and experienced management. Our decades of training and knowledge has resulted in a large, talented workforce of committed craftsmen and women co-ordinated by CIOB qualified Contracts Managers, RICS Surveyors and experienced site managers.

Midland Conservation Ltd aims to provide architects and clients with a fully comprehensive service.
